Art can be a therapeutic technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well being.

It is quite common that from your first experience with art, you were possibly told by your art teacher, friends and family that you were no Michelangelo. Don’t give up your day job!

Art is fun, you won’t look pathetic or silly and we are sure you will be impressed with the painting you will take home.
