Cancellation Policy

Bottletops & Brushes has adopted this policy to efficiently respond to all cancellation requests. All requests for refunds, reservation changes and credits must be in writing and forwarded to Bottletops & Brushes by email – hello@bottletopsandbrushes.com

Refunds/credit

All refund or credit requestions for PUBLIC parties or events received 24 hours or earlier will be approved and processed by Bottletops & Brushes. An administration fee of 20% will be deducted from every refund.
No administration fee will be charged for a request to change an existing booking to another name or to place a booking into a credit. Please provide your book order number in your email.
PRIVATE PARTY or PRIVATE EVENTS All refund or credit requests received in writing via email 14 days or more will be approved with an administration fee of 20% per booking. A request to change or cancel a booking within 14 days will result in no refund or credit of the deposit paid.
